Graphite H2SO4 Diluters

H2SO4 diluter is a special equipment which is used to dilute concentrated H2SO4 to 30-60% weak H2SO4 and reach the required temperature. It’s composed of mixing chamber, cooling block, shell and sealed by PFTE. Changes in length due to the thermal expansion or contraction are compensated for by helical springs.

Advantages:

l Good thermal conductivity

l Excellent resistance to thermal shock

l Easy for inspection and maintenance
