Sulfur Melt Tank Steam Coil is a steam heating coil attached to the sulfur melt tank. Its main function is to conduct steam to the sulfur melting tank and heat the molten sulfur. Inside the molten sulfur tank, there are generally several sets of steam coils distributed in a ring, and the solid sulfur is heated by steam to 125~145°C.

Adopting the form of heat pipe, gas and water are not serial to each other, which ensures that SO3 gas is completely isolated from the heated water, and water will not enter the SO3 system under any circumstance, so as to ensure the stable operation of the device. Through the heat pipe heat exchanger to improve the wall temperature, to avoid dew point corrosion, and at the same time can be selected according to the gas flow direction of the arrangement.
