The V-shaped ball core adopts an eccentric structure. The valve core and valve stem are only used for rotary motion, and the friction bear when the switch is turned is very small.
When the valve is closed, the V-shaped eccentric ball core generates an eccentric force to make the ball core tightly pressed. On the sealing ring of the valve seat, the best sealing effect is achieved, so its leakage is extremely small.
When the valve is opened, the ball core and the sealing ring of the valve seat are separated quickly, which effectively prevents the wear of the sealing surface and prolongs the service life of the valve.
The opening torque is extremely small and the pressure difference is high. Therefore, the cost is low but the life service is long.
Various sealing structures are available for selection to ensure service life and reliability. The valve seat can be screwed or bolted, and the seal can be soft or hard, the sealing surface can be hardened, which is suitable for various working conditions.
It can realize two-way sealing function, which can be adjusted and cut off.
